疱疹病毒进入介质(HVEM),也称为肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员 14 (TNFRSF14),是 TNF 受体(肿瘤坏死因子)超家族的人细胞表面受体。HVEM 在多种 免疫细胞中表达,包括 T 细胞、B 细胞、自然杀伤细胞、树突状细胞和内皮细胞。它还通 过在黑色素瘤细胞上的频繁表达参与肿瘤的免疫逃避。 |
