I. Background | |
CD200R作为CD200的同源配体,也是一种IgSF蛋白,在小鼠和人类中,CD200R的表达模式相似,均在巨噬细胞、中性粒细胞和肥大细胞中高表达。与大多数IgSF受体不同,CD200R缺乏ITIM结构域,然而,它的67个氨基酸组成的细胞质尾部含有三个酪氨酸残基,第三个酪氨酸残留位于NPXY基序内,该基序在CD200R结合配体后会被磷酸化,这导致其并不直接招募SHP1,SHP2等蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶或磷酸化后的肌醇磷酸酶(SHIP),而是招募酪氨酸激酶下游衔接蛋白Dok-2和1,然后再与RasGAP和SHIP结合。 | |
