I. Background | |||
PTK7 是一种缺乏催化活性的受体蛋白酪氨酸激酶,隶属于蛋白激酶家族,因最早在 结肠癌中被发现,故又被称为 cck-4。作为 Wnt/β-catenin 和 Wnt/PCP 信号通路的常见参与 者,PTK7 对这两种信号通路均有促进或抑制作用。PTK7 能与相应配体结合(即二聚化)、 并自身磷酸化激活下游一系列级联传递并调控细胞增殖、分化及凋亡。 PTK7 基因存在组 织特异性,在多种肿瘤中表达水平升高,其高表达于胃癌、结直肠肿瘤、乳腺癌、卵巢癌 等。 而在子宫颈癌、脂肪肉瘤、血液肿瘤中 ,PTK7 呈现为低表达。 | |||
