I. Background | |
CX3C 基序趋化因子受体 1 (CX3CR1),也称为分形因子受体或 G 蛋白偶联受体 13 (GPR13),是 G 蛋白偶联受体 1 (GPCR1) 家族的跨膜蛋白,也是 CX3C 趋化因子受体亚 家族中唯一已知的成员。它是一种高度选择性的表面受体,通常在单核细胞、CD4 T 细胞、 CD8 T 细胞、NK 细胞和 γδ 细胞上表达。CX3CL1 是一种独特的趋化因子,可与其唯一受 体 CX3CR1 结合。 CX3CR1-CX3CL1 细胞内信号级联负责调节细胞活性,使其达到更高的活性状态,如 存活、迁移和增殖等。 |
