I. Background | |
G 蛋白偶联受体(GPCR) 是跨膜蛋白受体,其特征是配体数量可变,包括内源性神经递质和激素,也包括外源性天然和人工化合物。激动剂与受体结合后会触发信号通路的激活;而拮抗剂则会阻碍激动剂介导的受体激活。反向激动剂除像拮抗剂一样干扰激动剂外,还会抑制受体的组成活性。
GLP2 受体 (GLP2R) 是 G 蛋白偶联受体超家族成员,与胰高血糖素受体 ( GLP1 受体)密切相关。胰高血糖素样肽-2 (GLP2) 是由肠道肠内分泌细胞产生的 33 个氨基酸的胰高血糖素原衍生肽。GLP-2 通过特定的 G s 蛋白偶联受体(GLP-2R)发挥作用,维持肠道稳态和屏障功能,减缓胃排空和肠道蠕动,改善粘膜血流和营养吸收,增强免疫防御能力。
