BaF3(小鼠原 B 细胞)的生长和增殖需要 IL-3 的维持。通过引入各种表达激酶的基因, 能作为 BaF3 的驱动基因,让 BaF3 不再依赖 IL-3 而增殖,进而激酶基因成为 BaF3 增殖依 赖的驱动基因,用于评估小分子药物对激酶的靶向抑制作用,原理及流程见下图所示。
