I. Background
      HLA-G基因是一个功能性的非经典I类HLA分子,具有经典样HLA抗原结构,位于染色体6p21.3的MHC区,然而与经典HLA-I类分子相比,HLA-G具有更少的多态性和更有限的组织分布。β2-微球蛋白(B2M)是细胞膜上组织相容性复合体(MHC,一组编码人类白细胞表面抗原HLA基因群的通称)轻链结构的组成部分,在正常细胞新陈代谢过程中与MHC分离后释放入血。β2-微球蛋白(B2M)分布于几乎所有有核细胞(尤其在淋巴细胞和单核细胞存在丰富)和生物体液,包括血清、尿液和(关节)滑液。

Host Cell: N/A
Stability: 32 passages (in-house test, that not means the cell line will be instable beyond the passages we tested.)
Freeze Medium: 90% FBS+10% DMSO
Culture Medium: F12K+10%FBS+3μg/ml puromycin+600μg/ml+5μg/ml blasticidin
Mycoplasma Testing: Negative
Storage: Liquid nitrogen
